FAMILY BUSINESS BERGO FLOORING INVESTS DURING RECESSION - STRENGTHENING THE ORGANIZATION FOR THE FUTURE

Bergo Flooring, the renowned family-owned company specializing in innovative flooring solutions, is taking a bold step in these challenging economic times. By focusing on new hires and reorganizing the company’s management, Bergo Flooring is preparing for future growth and expansion.

As part of this initiative, Emil Lindén, currently serving as CEO, will concentrate more on long-term strategic issues. Emil will work intensively on strengthening the Bergo brand and developing new products to meet future market needs.

Emma Lindén, Emil’s sister and co-owner of the company, will take over responsibility for daily operations as the new CEO effective July 1, 2024. With her experience and deep local commitment to the company, Emma is well-equipped to lead Bergo Flooring into a new era of growth.

To further strengthen its market position, Bergo Flooring will expand its sales team by hiring additional personnel in the fall of 2024. This initiative aims to improve customer relations, increase market share, and ensure Bergo Flooring can meet the growing demand for its products.
